Pick Index, Insight or Illuminate and check out securely. You can add their name and a personal message.

We deliver the certificate

Printed in a gift envelope, ready for pickup at our Rogers office or mailed to you. Email is available too. Your choice at checkout.

They choose the date

They book online at veraluxhealth.com using their certificate number whenever it suits them, or call us at (479) 278-7153. Our team completes a short MRI safety screening before the scan.

Gift details

Valid for two years from the date of purchase. Transferable, non-refundable.
If the recipient can’t safely have an MRI, or decides not to, we’re happy to transfer the gift to someone of your choosing.
Scans take place at Veralux, 2000 S 42nd St, Suite 120, Rogers, Arkansas.
