“As a practicing pathologist with over a decade of clinical experience in pathology and laboratory medicine, I have had the opportunity to participate in the provision of care for countless patients across Northwest Arkansas. I have seen the spectrum of disease and its effects in our community. I have seen firsthand the consequences of delayed diagnosis and understand the value of early diagnosis. I am passionate about the mission of Veralux to empower individuals to take control of their health through early detection and personalized risk assessment with the goal of ultimately improving health outcomes across our region.”
Lauren Hendrix
Lauren offers 20 years of healthcare experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, including 16 years specializing in MRI. Throughout her career, she spent a decade in oncology, where she witnessed the profound impact early detection and proactive care can have on patients’ long-term outcomes and treatment options. Lauren is also a licensed Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) and is dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest standards of safety and imaging excellence. She is proud to be part of an organization that prioritizes prevention, wellness, and patient education. Under the leadership of two compassionate, visionary physicians, the Veralux team is committed to redefining preventative care and the patient experience.
