Drake Branch, M.D.

Dr. Drake Branch is a board-certified, fellowship trained pathologist with more than two decades of experience in pathology and laboratory medicine. Through his work diagnosing disease at the microscopic level, he has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that early detection can have on patient outcomes.

Dr. Branch is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and holds subspecialty board certification in Dermatopathology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee, completed residency training and a Dermatopathology Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, and subsequently completed a Surgical Pathology Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

For the past 14 years, Dr. Branch has practiced with a leading private practice pathology group in Northwest Arkansas, providing diagnostic expertise across a broad spectrum of disease. His experience evaluating tissue and laboratory findings has given him a unique perspective on the importance of identifying disease as early as possible—often before symptoms develop.

As co-founder of Veralux, Dr. Branch is passionate about helping individuals take a more proactive approach to their health through advanced imaging, personalized risk assessment, and earlier detection of potentially serious conditions.

Dr. Branch and his wife, Dr. Vanessa Hardin Branch, are proud to call Northwest Arkansas home. They enjoy raising their two children, exploring the region's trails and greenways, spending time on Beaver Lake, and traveling together as a family.
